Each IR Mobile heater from Overhead Products has been tested and should arrive to you in perfect working order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we want to know about it! These heaters come with a Three-Year warranty from the factory on the heating element, and a one-year warranty on all other parts. Please remember that infrared heat works like the sun, it does not heat air, but it does heat people and the objects in the space, which will heat the air as is moves across the warmer surfaces.
